Artist comment

The art form works were a series of several hundred sets of instructions, xeroxes, newspaper cuttings and lists or fragments of information. Almost every conceptual art mannerism of the next thirty years can be found there in some form. Milliss says these works convinced him that conceptual art could become the perfect institutional art and therefore a dead end that he did not wish to pursue further.
