As I pushed my experiments with illusion further I began drawing on the wall with long thin canvases, spray painted colour gradations and looser and more texture paint application. As the constructions became too difficult I simplified by tearing the canvas into strips eventually discarding paint altogether and just using a mixture of simple cheap materials like raw canvas,  bits of wood and rope.
